This is such a rich and varied source of delicious and suprisingly quick and easy to prepare food. There's no need to be worried about how to deal with shellfish; come and learn some basic techniques and watch some delicious dishes being put together. We might cover crab, scallops, langoustine and mussels as well as some useful accompaniments such as hollandaise sauce and samphire.
